Order Processing and Shipping Information:
All orders are typically processed within 1 to 4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, from the time you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has been shipped. We will inform you promptly if there are any significant delays.
For items drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer, the shipping time is subject to the manufacturer’s inventory. While we strive to keep you informed about expected lead times, please be aware that these lead times can change regularly, and we do our best to manage them.
Please note that we are also dependent on the shipping services of UPS and FedEx. Any delays or strikes affecting these companies may cause delays in our shipping process.
Shipping Times and Cutoffs:
For express and same-day shipping, the following cutoff times apply:
* If your order is placed before 12 pm EST and is in stock with us or the manufacturer, it will be shipped on the same day. If the item is not in stock, we will promptly notify you.
* If your order is placed after 12 pm EST, we will do our best to ship it on the same day. If not possible, it will be shipped on the next business day.
A business day is defined as any day that the courier company operates for the chosen shipping method. The day your order ships do not count as a business day.
One business day refers to next-day service.
FedEx, UPS ground, and express operate from Monday to Friday, and Saturday is not counted when calculating business days. Orders placed on any business day after 12 PM EST will be treated as if they were placed on the next business day.
Here are some examples:
A) If an order is shipped on Monday with UPS or FedEx:
* 1 Business Day: delivered on Tuesday
* 2 Business Days: delivered on Wednesday
* 3 Business Days: delivered on Thursday
* 4 Business Days: delivered on Friday
* 5 Business Days: delivered on the following Monday (as Saturday and Sunday are not business days)
B) If an order is shipped on Wednesday with UPS or FedEx:
* 1 Business Day: delivered on Thursday
* 2 Business Days: delivered on Friday
* 3 Business Days: delivered on the following Monday (as Saturday and
Sunday are not business days)
* 4 Business Days: delivered on the following Tuesday (as Saturday and
Sunday are not business days)
* 5 Business Days: delivered on the following Wednesday (as Saturday and
Sunday are not business days)
C) If an order is shipped on Thursday with UPS or FedEx:
* 1 Business Day: delivered on Friday
* 2 Business Days: delivered on the following Monday (as Saturday and
Sunday are not business days)
* 3 Business Days: delivered on the following Tuesday (as Saturday and
Sunday are not business days)
* 4 Business Days: delivered on the following Wednesday (as Saturday and
Sunday are not business days)
* 5 Business Days: delivered on the following Thursday (as Saturday and
Sunday are not business days)
Please be aware that holidays and delivery delays can impact delivery
times. The estimated times provided at checkout are not exact and may
vary depending on your location and the shipping origin.
Additionally, we offer same-day shipping on hundreds of products
available in our store if the order is placed before 3 PM EST from
Monday to Thursday (orders placed after 3 PM or on Friday-Sunday will be
shipped on Monday or the first business day after).
