RETURNS POLICY
To request a return, kindly get in touch with our customer service at
305-717-3527 to obtain a return authorization.
IMPORTANT:
Please refrain from sending back items to us or our manufacturers without prior authorization! We need to track your order accurately, and without notifying us first, our warehouse won’t know how to handle the incoming package. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped without prior authorization.
We have a 14-day returns and exchange policy. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 14 days of receiving it. Regrettably, no returns will be accepted beyond this period. When you receive your order, please inspect all products immediately. Should you receive a broken item, we will arrange either a refund or replacement for you.

If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Please remember that we cannot accept items sent back without a prior return request, and the cost of return shipping will be covered by the customer.
Occasionally, some of our items may be on backorder, with lead times of over 2 months. We endeavor to communicate expected lead times on relevant pages, but please be aware that backorder and lead times may change without notice. Nevertheless, we strive to keep you informed as much as possible. Avoid sending your purchase directly back to the manufacturer.
Damages and Issues:
Upon receiving your order, please inspect the items promptly. If you come across any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so that we can address the matter and make it right.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval of the refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
